there are probably a lot more which don't come to mind at this moment but a lot of jutsus are the same with odditional chakra within them which makes them stronger

Thats four other examples. You said Shinra Tensei already. Summoning is its own jutsu. Great Fireball technique is a whole other jutsu, same with Oodama Rasengan.

I gave you 7 examples lol and what do you mean by whole other jutsu? it's a jutsu just like other jutsus

I mean that if you need more chakra to make it bigger, then its a different technique. They have different names, so they're different techniques. Rasengan =/= Oodama Rasengan.

Oodama rasengan is a different technique itself.
Fireball has only one size when performed well.
Summoning - Yes, but summoning isn't a good example.
Kage bunshin is also a summoning. Plus, it's about quantity - if you decide to do 3 fireballs instead of 5 doesn't mean you have lowered the chakra used to perform ONE.
Shinra Tensei is the push jutsu right? Only one type seen so far.

Nah i'd say it is bigger beacuse the clone keeps it more stable bounce
