its my first suggestion so be kind 
well lets say there are some houses (or small houses or awhole under a big rock)
and you can rent/or have it from a big fight. and this should be your clans hidden place.
in there there could be some NPC'S or just a place you can meet each other.
(ps:my english suck and im proud of it. )
