Village

How many villages will there be?

Well, if all goes well, 5 eventually.

Well, 5 villages, but is this game PK? you know, you see someone from other village, can you kill/fight with him? Or, at least on the beginning, all the 5 villages are allies?

Well, it's a PVP game (Player vs Player) or as you like to call it, PK. I think. So I guess that it's kinda the point. Attacking other villages.

1 for alpha, 3 for beta, 5 for finished version.
Yes you can PK and PvP, but PK is only outside villages, it's not like you can walk into someone elses village and camp outside the academy :\ thats just silly.
If you are curious, Fire village for alpha, then snow + sand added in for beta, then rock + cloud added in for fin

What about village-restricted bloodlines? Will there be such a thing?

And also.. does htat mean we can never raid another village?

I guess we will be able to raid in organized events. or what shaun?

Yeah, it would be nice to be able to war and raid other villages.

After the whole 5 villages are done will you release more as patch/expansions?

Awesome Info, however im sad no mist/rain/waves (so i can make my zabuza character xD). Snow just isnt the same lol.

snow is just another form of rain/mist/water so its the same XD

snow is just another form of rain/mist/water so its the same XD

Okay, cool with small villages, but seriously? Lots of new buildings and customization just to add one more bloodline/class character. Just not worth it.

I meant maybe the mist village is just a small village, which you can't choose to be a ninja from because its not one of the larger 5 cities

Then why make it? I understand if it's an outpost for questing, but since it's not gonna influence the character selection at all, what has that got to do with it being an official village?

You just want 5 villages and the rest will be wasteland xD Lets say they are outpost villages/small villages

you can choose between 5 main villages which will have an elemental label (fire, snow, MIST ect)
The other villages are more like towns, that are inbetween and have their own functions. Rogue ninjas who abandon their villages will migrate to these small towns. They WONT be overcrowded because you will need a specific rank to leave, and ill make sure that its very high ^_^ A noob running around without a village will be mauled for dinner by everyone.
Village wars will be implemented at some stage and will most likely use a different map for battle. Village raiding isn't going to happen, no matter how you look at it, its just not gonna work.
As for expantions, who knows? when we get there only then will we be able to tell if its needed or not.
and no, bloodlines won't have village locks, you can choose whatever village for your bloodline you want.

Man I dont mind it sounds like a good idea cos say people wanted to be a certain bloodline then it would stop people all crowding one villages
erm shaunhobi will you be able to learn to summon animals even if you have a bloodline and will there be the new bloodline expansions?

who even says there will be nara's ingame o.o this ISN'T naruto. But as Joninja said, say if we have a clan similar to the uchiha, no doubt 98% of the game will want to be the next sasuke uchiha >_> and go to that village. atleast if there is no bloodline lock, 98% of the game will be spread out amongst the villages. As for pet summoning, I'm not so sure about it right now, I think we will have it. But thinking about that will be at a later date.
Bloodline expansions has me thinking. Need to know more about it first (they need to release more manga!) so that i can properly think it through. If there is someway i can make it nice and balanced then i wouldn't care. But if i can see that people will take advantage of it and make it OP then its a no no.

That would be awesome to raid other villages.
