So will you be basing clans in the game, if any, off of the ones in the anime? For example, would I be able to choose a clan with Dog partners like the Inuzuka Clan? Or a clan like the Hyuuga Clan?

Yeah, as said above, some will be based. But a lot will not be based, mainly because i don't agree with their jutsu or impact on the game.

I think you guys should make a "Puppet Shop" where every puppeteer can design his own puppet and the shop will also sell weapons for the puppet and with every level you gain you can buy more weapons and better ones
