okay you met me on the shout box i am the legendary david012 kay
Summons - after you pass the chunnin test you get to sign on a animal scroll with a wide variety of animals
frogs , snakes , birds , boars , wolves , worms , bunnies ( must have ) , etc
as you summon your animal you get more reputation with the animal race u signed with the more reputation the stronger summons
you can resign a contract with other animal but you will have to start from 0 you can choose the nature element of your summon

Clan Mini-Villages / Hideouts - every clan with atleast 8 members may request a permission from the hokage to have a section in the village for the clan if the request is rejected they can construct their own village outside the main city if the clan is a rogue ninja clan they may construct their hideout
with enough money ( and will ) the clan will be able to put guards on the village / hideout upgrade the buildings and enlarge the size
note that hideouts and mini-villages can be taken over or destroyed

Unique Items - scattered around the world or held by a powerful ninja those items will be droppable on death
and will have a new owner time and time again this will make each item have its own history
those items will be stronger then your regular items and arent easy to find and the owner wont give up on them easily
those items can be upgraded by seals (explain soon)

Seals ( Credit to Teashi ) - now this is one intresting idea inspired by teashi
you can use seals for almost everything
you can seal your weapon with fire for example and it will unleash fire on impact
you can use seals to seal item to yourself and the item will belong to you unless you die
you may seal souls in you ( like bijuu's )
there are wide variety of seals
scroll seals can be used to summon a monster or a ninja sealed inside of it or to seal a monster inside of it
or you could unleash an chakra nature from the scroll
you can seal an area and whoever enters the sealed area will have to face what you had planned for him

Bingo Book - every player may enter the bingo book or enter someone he wants in it
everyone in the bingo book needs a kage or someone as important approval
every chunnin and higher rank gets a bingo book
bingo books are not made for hits they are made to target rogue ninjas for the safety of the village
bingo books will describe the nature chakra of the target it most common skill and will classify its danger rank
from B which will be the lowest in the bingo book
to
S which is considered extremly dangerous and if possible avoidable
if you kill a target from the bingo book you will get a reward from the kage

Hit Book - same as bingo book but players will hand out awards and does not need kage approval
players enter the information they know about the target

Note Book - (thanks to HugeEddie) everytime you fight your opponet his abillities will be recorded in the note book
this way if you re encounter him you will know what counter measures to use

Bijuu's - extremly strong monsters scattered around the world
once they die they are dead forever
upon their death the player will have a choice either to kill it or to seal it ( he cannot seal it into himself)
bijuu's are sealable inside another player body ( must meet requirment for bijuu) or inside 2 Sage scrolls ( advanced seal scroll)
the player will have to split the bijuu into 2 scrolls

Mentoring System - every player can mentor another
mentoring does not means extra xp or stats
when a player choose to mentor another he may hand in hand seal combination for the trainee
there will be 5 systems
Jounin - which will be able to train up to 3 genins and escort them to missions
Anbu Black Ops - the anbu leader will mentor the other members which will increase the exp rate
Master - Student the master may hand in handseal for the student and help the student in training
Bodyguard - the bodyguard will take 50% of the damage taken by the one he needs to protect
Sannin Mode - a kage or a sannin rank level may choose an apprentince and teach him S - Rank tecniques and may be escorted to only Sannin and higher allowed areas

Iithink they are all good apart from the uniqe items idea and the bjuu for the simple reason that only the people who join the gme eariest will get them ad they'll just horde it

this is the point to seperate the elites from the newbies
and the newbies will be able to get the unique items aswell its droppable

unique items are unique means no more copies of them
however there will be wide variety of the items

I like it all. Especially the part that you can't seal bijuu's in yourself which means you need a reliable friend to do something like that.

But bijuus dead permanently? Seriously? They'll be dead after... a month or two. And players that start playing later will never even had the chance to see them!

How about this : You can seal or kill them, but every week, they reset. So that it isn't like "Imma seal the bijuus in my alts" and they're there forever.

but it would be lame if there was more than one person with the same sealed beast in them how about increasing the respawn time to like a month that means that in a year max amount of a type of jinchuuri iis 12

jinchurikis will be respawned only if killed if they sealed inside a person they will not respawn
if you will want the bijuu u will have to unseal it from the person

and I think you should have to go on quests to unleash your tailed beast more just like naruto did :0

I agree, factions will most likley occur.

So to get the OP weapons you're ment to kill something that not all players will get the chance to kill... and after theres no more monsters you have to somehow kill someone that HAS the op weapon to get it from them? that's like saying theres 2 guns between 10 people, now kill the person with your fist to get the gun from them. pretty unfair.

What I meant was that once the Bijuus reset, the Jinchurikis would lose their Bijuu powers. So that you wouldn't rely on your bijuu too much. Otherwise people would just seal them in Genins and make them OP. Na-uh.

The bijuu idea is a bit bad...ofc having bijuus in gamewould be a big challange. As Hatsu said, people would just keep the bijuus in their alts. So if the player did not use the jinchuriki, the bijuu would reset.

Also for clan hideouts, 8 is far to little, just look at AO and zenom. back at NR sosei got like what? 48 members?i say atleast 30, that was not a misspell, yes 30. when game comes out, the orgs deserving a hideout will have more than 20 pretty quick. and slowly but securely, 30. I know MMOs. with good advertising, and with a mark like aruto behind us. Wed get a lot of members. A lot of members (considering some are not like LD) we would get very big orgs. Also, there should be a menu like... bijuu hunt menu... Is the bijuu sealed? what last quest did the jincuuriki do? what shop did the (you know what) do? u know shit like that.

Also mentoring systems are awesome. It kicks ass. maybe there should be som benefits to mentoring like. 50% more exp after the mentoring period?

Also. i don't think we should rely all that much on a player kage. so let's call em GMs sometimes.

The last thing i want is people to be favored over other people. if a sannin taught OP s rank justsu's to a genin and another genin complained that he wasnt picked for what ever reason (discrimination or what ever) i'm going to be the one who has to deal with it. and this whole things goes back to people getting unfair OP stuff that others dont have.

As bijuu holders will get sorta OP. Orgs will want to hunt em down. But who will get the bijuu. i'm aginst the storing of bijuu. so plese don't let the entire bijuu be storeable, just the half of it. The orgs will want to give the bijuu to someone i guess. so how about a roulette command?

Or do like I said... Let's say I seal a bijuu in you. Then, after a week inside of you, the bijuu will disappear and you will lose all extra abilities. And it will be released with you, so you will most likely die cus it will whoop your ass. That way, you can enter Knoha, wait for bijuu to be released and then fk the whole village up. OR, just let it teleport to its normal circuit round.

ther eason it wont be added is because, 1 village will camp all the spawns and become supreme from little to no skill. = OP

or if someone unseals the bijuu the bijuu wont respawn until a week passes
each time bijuu gets some sort of use of the sealing system the timer will reset
and genins wont be able to seal you will need to have some sort of requirment to use a bijuu

how about there is certain amount of tailed beast that can be seal per village for instance maybe 2 per village or maybe even 2 per country
