k just like a windmill it swirles around as u use it,it can palarize u using genjutsu , it streangths all ur ninjutsu type moves i dont no,please give me some ideas! confused

well, my idea is that when you use it it gives you speed and you'll improve some of your physical strength and can have some ninjustsu cuz genjutsu wont really be cool on it. Hope it's good. Very Happy
