if his work is ripped that is no matter. Seeing as we don't take ripped work it would be pointless to apply for us o.0 ie : you need skill to join our team as your first piece of work is usually and indicator that your staying or not lol.
So im sure his work is his work, or atleast his potential.
But i am not looking for a straight character modeller, you need to be capable of rigging and animation aswell. These need to be at a quite skilled level too.
