1) how can someone get a Kekkei genkai?
2) are they going to be like sharingan and the ones on the show or will you make new ones our of scratch?

1. clan at char creation prolly.

2. The ones that are from legends will most probably be added.

Thats not a kekkei genkai, its simply a ninjutsu form. I'd imagine it would be added sooner or later.

Personaly i think it is stupid if the people that wants to be in a clan is weaker than the ones that doesn't. Like:

Clanmember: hey look, i got this cool looking jutsu!
Clanless: Hey look i got more damage than you!

I'd say that clanlesses can jsut have a wider array of manipulation and ninja style techniques.
