I think that lets say you make a Leaf village ninja, as soon as you start you get a series of quest from the anime's main characters such as Naruto, Hokage, Sakura etc.... And those quest get you started with your main gear and make it like a mini tutorial.

You will probably get some starter quests but keep in mind this is not a naruto mmo its a naruto based mmo so none of the anime content will be in.Clans for example wont be the same there will probably be clans based on the ones in the anime but they will not be the same.

Except for the characters part, good idea. To get a main noob gear is an important thing. Playing without any items and jutsus and running around the village begging for money to get started would be stupid.
