Jumping
Everybody knows, thanks to the updates, that the jumping is too high and too stiff. My suggestion to improve the jumping is:
Height Control: When jumping, a quick tap of the space bar would give a low jump. Holding the space bar would increase the height, letting the player choose the height himself which would make the gameplay more intense. Let's say you're about to jump into a cave. A perfectly planned jump would maintain your momentum whereas a bad planned jump would remove it completely.
Jump Speed: In the updates, the jumping has got the same speed throughout the whole jump. My suggestion is that the character jumps quickly at first and is only affected by gravity at the end of the jump and only then slows down. Even in Naruto, jumping with the same speed throughout the jump is impossible.
Animation: When first jumping, the character should crouch a little, getting a good grip and loading force. Then the character "unfolds" and rapidly jumps. The animation in the begginning should be almost blurry and the typical jumping sound should be played. As the character reaches the peak of his jump, he slowly plans out, putting his legs in front of him instead of behind him. As he lands, he crouches a little but doesn't lose speed. After all, it's "Naruto".

I know, the jump is slowed at the peak, but the speed isn't changing much. A little faster at the begginning of the jump would also increase the chances for you to avoid a jutsu. Not too fast though.

The bar should be filled fast so that you can dodge a giant jutsu.
