I would like to sort some good suggestions about many things

1. Genjutsu
-it shouldn't do only damage or make the enemy buffed or something,make it more realistic.
-high level genjutsus should present a short animation so players could feel the dept of the skill.
-different types of genjutsus:

Targeting
When you make the targeting genjutsu,the camera moves and you control your genjutsu,you can go with it in only one person and it affects only him/her/it.
Area
The area genjutsu is pretty simple,when you use the genjutsu,everyone in a certain area gets affected,except you.

Paralyzing
This type of genjutsus paralyze your enemy,making it unable to move
Damaging
Genjutsu paralyzes your enemy for a very short amount of time,dealing considerable damage to your opponent.

SUGGESTIONS MADE BY USERS

-should have different types as well :

Moving
For the attack to be realizable,you have to move closer to your enemy and use the jutsu,you can use those jutsus from far range and get close as you use them or get close and use the jutsu.
Far
This kind of jutsu can be made from range too.The stronger the jutsu the range more limited .
Paralyzing
You can paralyze your opponent for moments .
Summoning
At a higher level you get trained by some elder to summon a best or an ancient animal,or something,what do you choose.The training takes many hard quests and special stats training.

3.Healing Jutsu
-is used to heal an ally or an enemy in weird circumstances
-should need some defence jutsus
-has different types:

Close Range
As you are close to your ally,you heal him.
Far Range
You heal your ally from a far range because you can't get to him,the healing has a slower process
Area
You heal many people from a certain area,it takes very much mana and the healing process is slow
Defensive/Evasive
Shields,Binding Jutsus,etc.

4.Taijutsu/Body Art
-should not cost mana,only the high level ones
-should be extremely intensive
-should contain a lot of moving
-more speed /strength/agility
-faster dash
-more distance of jumping
-should have some awesome buffs wich make your character look stronger.
-should have different types:

Instant
You are hitting your enemy fast/strong/fast&strong ,this doesn't last so much.
Durating
Your character gets extra speed/attack,etc.


5.Evading
-has evading rolls,evading jumps,evading flips.


6.Jobs
Every kind of jobs...like : mailman,hokage...etc.
For every job you get an amount of money and experience,if you do your job very much you are getting a higher rank at it earning more money and experience .



CLANS:

Clans should be different from each other,and there should be a way you are not from a clan,just a simple villager who trains to be a ninja,this way you lose the clan privileges ,clothes and hairstyles but you can learn more type of jutsus.

Distinction between clans

Clans should be very different,one should contain a tattoo,one a big dog,one some weird clothes
They should have special jutsus only their clan know.
Should look different one from another
Even if clans shouls have very unique and strong abilities,they should equal a non-clan character.Meaning that the character could specialize in anything while the clans members couldn't.


HOKAGES

Should be made of high level ninjas.This should speak english very well so they could communicate with other kages very well.Make transictions,wars and stuff very complex,so kages should make their decisions with the brains not the muscles xD.

If the players aren't happy with the current kage in their village. say. we could have a postbox or mailman, or chuck norris for all i care. a NPC or smthing. U GET THE POINT! somwhere in the village. There people can vote if the kage should be re-selected. so if so or so many people vote for a re-vote, during let's say a ten hour period. then people can vote for who they want for kage. And BTW only chunins and up should be allowed to vote, so we avoid people spamming new chars. and ofc. people applying for kage can't vote.

To get around this we could do the following:

I'm glad you didin't say we hsould remove the kage completely Smile. I also like that oyu have to be chunnin or higher to vote.

What I think though, is that applying kages and current kages should actually be able to vote. Since their vote wouldn't really matter for the big picture, it'd be more symbolical and whenever an applying kage/current kage votes, the whole world gets to see who voted for who. And all kage/applying kage's votes should be stored somewhere so that offline players can see how they've voted. Also the rest of the player's votes should be stored in some public book/npc so that people can see how other's have voted. That way, the chosen kage can reward people for their votes. And if not that, one can threaten/pay people to pay for him. And if they don't, he'll know (devil).

Another thing is strong-ninjas votes. So that people don't only vote for kages but also for strong players that have many friends or have done good deeds. And their votes should also be stored in the "Kage's vote's book" so that people can vote like them to have their benignity.
