I think they've done right thing.

Megaupload, Rapidshare & other websites literally steal money by forcing you to buy membership so you can download software which doesn't even belong to them.

I think only the person who bought software and uploaded it is responsible. When you download you can't know it's legal or not, it's same as buying things off people, you just trust the source and it's not your fault.
