As far as I can see Sion has only lifeleech items, means he doesn't have any defense.

On enemy team:
Brand has attack speed at other melee items, what the fuck? He's mage, not melee.
Ashe has alright items, so she has almost 1 K/D
Whatever that champions name is, it's tank, while foxlive bought damage items
I don't know about Nikko, haven't really played Miss Fortune
Sivir seems to have high attack speed, little crit, lifesteal but no damage.

All in all, enemy team sucks balls.

Your brother simply knew what to buy and took advantage of those noobs.

He probably made a new account just to encounter noobs right? I guess he has a account who's at higher level then level 8.
