M.U.G.E.N is a 2D game that plays like Street Fighter, it was created by Elecbyte in 1999. M.U.G.E.N lets you download characters and stages off the web for no charge, you can also find the game and various versions of it on multiple sites. Here is a video of it to show what its like ^^ :

I honestly think it is stupid. Im tired of all the characters you find online are, with few expections, just video game rips of Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, or another fighting game, no originality AT ALL.

I had the whole naruto lineup but none of the characters were balanced. It was fun, but kinda mindless.

It's quite good but some characters are huge while others are tiny compared to them.
That's caused by ppl creating characters without making them the size they should have.
