Guild wars 2, is going to be the sequel to the infamous guild wars. The Guild wars 2 crew, is aiming for a new type of MMO gaming. And in all improve the first game.

In guild wars 2 the world is based around the players. If you destroy a bridge. It stays destroyed until someone fixes it. Rescue a city? Then it stays rescued until someone... un-rescues it... XD And if you rescue/un-rescue a city. And the city is allied with another city. the allied city might take effect.

In most MMOs you get quest text that says: i'm being attacked by centaurs. go kill 10 centaurs. While the merchant is staying there, perfectly safe. In GW2, you don't get that. You see the merchant being chased and the centaurs chasing him. So get over there and save him! Or you could do like bawb. Get orgasms from playing an awesome game.

What i think will be the most awesome. Is the combos. The enemy created a wall of flames? shoot an arrow through it for triple damage with fire arrow. (triple damege is just a saying, real damage may be different.) And if it is behind you, Then swing your sword and send flames flying aginst the enemy! Or have the elementalist combo up with ur gun to electricute the enemy!

EDIT: The game does not require grinding.

When you "die" you go into a state called downed, sort of like last stand from cod. But if youstay alive long enough you might get to live. While downed you get a new set of skills. These are some of the skills that will NOT be availabable.

The comics don't really say that much, they are just funny to read, so i thought id post them!

I can't wait either.
