Maybe anyone will be interested to play this. I'd like most of this community to play some MMO so we can have fun together

Grinding?

Kinda yes.
Show me game without grinding (EVE doesn't count)

Guild wars.

To level you need to kill monsters or do quests
A lot quests involve killing monsters so quests = killing
killing + killing = leveling = grinding

Guild wars has max lvl 20

If it's not level, then it's equipment, or skills, or quests, or something else, or level 20 takes ages to get. If game doesn't end when you reach level 20, it'll start repeating.
While EVE never ends.

Nope when you play eve you want a better ship and better and it keeps repeating itself, its the same as any game...

That's the problem in EVE.
If you own Battleship, good player with Cruiser or even Frigate will be able to kill you (even though you can fly Frigate as soon as you start). Better ship is quite unreal condition in EVE (at least PvP wise).

Only amount of cash you have and standings change when you do missions (quests), your skills hardly depend on amount of time you play. That's why it's not grinding, you can play 24/7 but you'll have same skills as that guy who plays hour a day.

U haz to money grind, and standing grind.

If you know how to make money, you can make it during the day, and afford to loose few ships in PvP in the evening on the same day. There's no need to grind.
If you have skills, you get a lot standing for free, so you don't need to grind it either.

Yesh! you can also fly around in space doing no quests but thats also in other games

No I meant doing no quests like the exploring part of the game...

In EVE while exploring you might find Anomalies, Complexes, Blackholes and etc, all they can make you money, either lead into PvP battle/nice PvE battle. However in other MMOs you'll find only differently looking place, possibly some nice view, but nothing what would improve you.
